Refund and Return Policy

You can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, only repairs are available.

  • Products damaged or missing must be reported immediately upon delivery.

  • Refunds cover only the cost of the purchased product(s). Shipping fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

  • Discounts or special offers used at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method.

  • Dubshi.com may choose to provide compensation as a coupon instead of cash.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a Complaint: Raise a complaint and keep your complaint number.

  2. Approval: Our support team will review and approve eligible refund requests.

  3. Pickup:

    • Within UAE: We’ll arrange pickup.

    • Outside UAE: You must ship the product(s) back at your own expense.

  4. Inspection:

    • If approved (product faulty), your refund is processed.

    • If not approved (product as expected), AED 15 pickup charges apply.
